New LinkedIn group

Join now and get involved

In April 2024, we founded the brand new LinkedIn group “Creating Vital Organizations”. It is primarily aimed at responsible designers in organizations.

In the group, we discuss how good organizational development dissolves performance and innovation blockades and frees up resources.

The concept of a vital organization has been with us since the founding of Organeers.
The term stands for a functional organization that is efficient and adaptable. It has found a suitable form for its relevant environments and its members.

In the discussion, we focus on approaches that create an organizational framework for committed people to take responsibility and contribute their talents. The goal is vital organizations that can hold their own in their dynamic markets.
