Entrepreneur Sparring
As the saying goes: It’s lonely at the top. And there is some truth to that statement. The expectations put on corporate leadership are quite clear: make hard and fast decisions, define strategies and structures going forward. Let everyone know where the journey is headed – even if doubts crop up about the best path to get there. This approach gives the workforce a feeling of security and direction.
When sparring with us, our clients appreciate the eye-to-eye level and joint thinking before making decisions, reflecting during ongoing transformations or challenging their entrepreneurial role. The topics are complex and diverse. They come from the areas of leadership, cooperation in management, organization, transformation, innovation, business success and culture.
Sparring is our way of demonstrating new perspectives, presenting new impulses, sometimes even throwing a punch or two at a customer’s previous approach. In short, we support our customers in finding a way to ensure the security and orientation they need to make informed decisions and to implement them within their organization.
Sparring can be booked as a standalone service or be included in an ongoing transformation project.

»The most valuable thing I gleaned from sparring with the Organeers was the ability to discuss all matters on equal footing. When I took over the company from my father, sparring with the Organeers came in extremely handy. It was a difficult and turbulent time for the firm and nerve-wracking for me personally. Sometimes I had the feeling that everyone was about to abandon ship. That’s where the exchanges with the Organeers helped me to understand my role as an entrepreneur and find my inner compass.
Our emphasis lies more on repeatedly sorting through and ordering the matters at hand and determining the proper path ahead. Sparring is a dynamic process adapted to the occasion; it is not abstract but always oriented toward finding the forward-pointing path.
